I am a professional with nearly twenty years of experience in administation, program and leadership development for non-profit and corporate organizations. Through the years i have successfully managed operations and both paid and volunteer staff at numerous organizations through times of transtion and growth. In addition, I have served a variety of at-risk poplulations by providing compassionate direct care in mental health programs. I count among my successes having developed and managed a successful program to serve the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of at-risk inner-city children, youth and their families. In three years I more than doubled the size of this program of of the volunteer staff with no budget increase.
I am looking for an opportunity to serve at-risk children, youth or families by developing and administrating programs to meet their needs. I am open to opportunities in Southern California, Washington, D.C., and possibly other cities in the Midwest or on the East Coast.
